For your convenience, we are a Delta Dental Premier provider.

Most insurance companies will respond within four to eight weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. We can make arrangements for a third party monthly payment plan but that must be done prior to the actual procedure. You will need to fill out a credit application and qualify for a payment plan.
